Tom usually sends your preview within 1–2 days of you adding your info. Once you approve it and choose a plan, your website goes live straight away. A new domain can take up to 24 hours to connect.
Your domain is yours. If you ever decide to leave, we initiate an outbound transfer from our Cloudflare account and give you the auth code to take it to any registrar you like.
ICANN requires a standard 60-day lock after a domain is first registered before it can be transferred — that's an industry rule, not ours. After that point, transfers are straightforward and typically complete within 5–7 days.
Your preview is free and there’s nothing to pay until you’re happy and choose to make your website live. The Free plan has no build fee: just hosting at £19/month, or £204/year (£17/month) on annual. Pro adds a one-off £199 build fee for sites over 5 pages. Annual and Pro plans include a free domain worth up to £12.
Yes. You can search for and register a domain directly from the BrightSite app. We handle the registration and connect it to your website — no separate domain provider needed. You can also bring a domain you already own and we'll connect that instead.
Send your change directly to Tom by WhatsApp or email — or log in to your account and update your own services, prices, contact info and photos any time, no message needed. Everyday text, image, price and opening-hour updates are included in management.
Yes. You can cancel the monthly management service at any time. We will explain the available handover or hosting options before anything changes.
